Welcome to JGR Training JGR Training is part of the Jennifer Griffiths Recruitment group. We deliver highly effective vocational training programmes to individuals and groups throughout South Wales. We are approved training providers for City & Guilds, the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM), European Computer Driving License (ECDL) and the Security Industry Authority (SIA). What we do Working with individuals and business leaders we deliver training programmes, workshops and consultancy sessions in order to bring positive, long term results to the workplace. How do we help achieve goals? Our highly qualified trainers and assessors deliver our training programmes in a way which best suits the needs of the client or trainee. We primarily arrange the delivery of the training at the learner’s place of work and timescales are always dictated by the learner and client. We also offer all of our courses as a bespoke package and would welcome an opportunity to discuss your particular needs |
WAG’s Funded courses Our ILM and National Vocational Qualifications (NVQ’s) attract Welsh Assembly Government (WAG’s) and European Social Fund objective one funding. This means that our excellent training programmes can be offered at no cost to the employer. There are no penalty clauses attached, therefore if your staff do not complete the programme then you will not be asked for financial reimbursement.
